Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I woke up around 2am on the 4th Of July to find 2 adult bed bugs next to me. My husband had bites on his arms and stomach. We alerted the hotel staff but it was only the cleaning lady in which she gave us a new room and said to talk with management in the morning. When we did all they said was "gross" and the manager was not in so to call the next day. We booked through Priceline.com which seemed to be somewhat helpful in resolving the incident until today. I felt like they didn't believe me. I have pictures. It doesn't appear anyone went in to check the room. Today I tried to speak to a manager but the lady wouldn't let me wanted to know why I wanted to talk to management.
