As a disclaimer, the staff was very polite and accommodating to our needs throughout the whole stay. I requested a new room, because the dust and dirt in the first room was so overwhelming that my allergies were flaring. The second room was better, but could still use a little cleaning. I\'m not one to complain or blow things out of proportion, so instead of requesting another room, I asked housekeeping if I could use some of their supplies to take care of it myself. After that everything seemed better, and I couldn\'t imagine anything else hindering our stay. However the next day or so, we realized the beds were in fact infested with bed bugs. We changed rooms again, but at this point I wasn\'t even comfortable staying and very paranoid if they may have gotten into our luggage. Like I mentioned before, the staff was easy to work with, but I feel they are negligent in proper inspections prior to having people stay in the rooms. It wasn\'t until after my stay that I realized that I had a few bites from the bugs.

March 25, 2022 10:00pm I was willing to settle for a broken light fixture and scratched wall. However I noticed black specks in the bedding. I had to use my phone flash light to get a better view due to poor lighting. Unfortunately I found two dead bed bugs. The staff were extremely helpful friendly and understanding when I asked to be refunded and check out. I didn’t want to take any chances at all.
