I checked in at About 6:25 on 9/9/22 was in a hurry because I was running late to meet my family, so i took a fast look at the room and left. I returned at 11:15 and was so tired i went to sleep with the lights on half the night, Got up to run errands went back to the hotel and took a nap, this time i turned off the lights and closed the curtains. I got up because my back head and arms were itching intensely, I turn on the lights and took off my shirt and that's when i saw the bites about 10 +, I immediately took of my clothes and soaked them in hot water then put them in a trash bag, then took a shower. I then started looking for the bugs, I took 3 pillow cases off of 1 pillow and found blood spots on the pillow, (there is a pic) I also looked in the mattress to to see if i could see them there, I found two on the sheets after i pulled them off (there are pics) i had my friend take pics of my back and the room. then i pack up informed the manager that i had got bitten by bed bugs, she immediately apologized and told me that she would refund my money. I left. This happen to at this same place on 6/1/2013 in room 109 about 2:45 am I did not report it then but i have pics and videos and emails that i sent to them so they new then they had an issue.
