January 10 2015 got bites on my shoulder and then found a mature bed bug and brought it to front desk. They were not surprised and didn't hide the fact that they had these type of incidents in the past. They moved me from room 229 to 139. On the second night I got bit again on my left arm and caught another bed bug. I took pictures of the bugs and skin marks. Stay away from this hotel. I should have believed one of the reviews on TripAdvisor website that warned about this issue.

On December 6, 2020 I checked in to Extended Stay America around 3:30 p.m. I was very tired from driving all day and had a lot of boxes and luggage for renting a new apartment in a new city. I unloaded everything and then went to find food and go visit my kids. So I came back later that evening & decided to check the bed before sleeping in it. I was horrified to find what was clearly a lot of bedbug debris in the piping and seams around the mattress. The mattress was stained and covered in hair and pubic hair. When I pulled the nightstand away from the bed to check the mattress there were rolls of dirt, hair, a hair tie, candy wrappers etc. I immediately put everything in the bathroom and since it was very late; I went to an expensive bedbug free hotel for the night. I came back and checked out the next morning. Although the staff offered another room I did not want to chance staying there. I found a better place to stay that was bedbug free.
