Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed in this room as of Oct. 14, 2020 for (3) nights and was itchy most of the first few nights. On Oct. 16th I noticed all these red large bug bites on me that were very itchy. I sent photos to my doctor who confirmed they were bed bug bites. I had the hotel give me another room # 144 on October 16, 2020. After almost 5 nights here I developed more red smaller itchy insect bites and went to see my Doctor. He said they are 'SCABIES Insect bites. I went back to my Dermatologist today Nov. 4, 2020. He prescribed a prescription Cream "PREMETHARIN". I aksed the manager to have the mattress turned over for inspection & cleaning. He said they dont turn them fully over. I made an insurance claim for both rooms.
