On January 12th thru January 15th 2023 I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Burlington NC. The room seemed cleaned however this time looks was deceiving. I and my neice chose our bed. I chose the bed that was closest to the door as you walk in. On Thursday January 12th we arrive there at 7pm. We got dinner then we went to bed because of the long ride of 7hrs on the Amtrak train. That night I didn't feel much of anything hardly at all. However on Saturday night that was another story. I woke up through the late night in horrific itching and scratching. I did tell the person at the desk. She suggested that I move to another room. I was so tired. My niece and I did move because I was so swollen up with a lot of itching in agony. We moved to room 112 late Saturday. We were leaving Sunday January 15th at 7am. By then I was full blown with Cellulitis this came from the severe bed bug bites. I came home immediately from the train to go to Urgent Care in Washington DC. That was when the doctor told me what I had. I endured al ot of pain and suffering. This is horrible.
