Have photo and video evidence of this. April 13th 2021 at 7:31 am I found a live bed bug crawling on my pillow. I told the front desk and they simply asked if I wanted to change rooms. Didn't tell me to wash anything going to the new room or even want to see the evidence. They didn't sound surprised either. I then emailed management and owner. They replied with the nicest way possible of telling me they retty much don't care and there's nothing they can do. so when I wrote in my email if they decide not to take appropriate actions I was going to report and review them everywhere. Please don't let them get away with this nastiness. I have bites all over me and video proof of the bed bug with location and time stamp. Overall the place looks clean and there staff are so nice but don't be fooled they are infested.
