My boyfriend, 10 month old baby and I stayed at the Best Western on 11-13-21 and 11-14-21, we stayed in room 208. On the first night i woke up at 12 am to a stinging pain on my arms and neck that turned into intense itchiness i have never experienced anything like it and had no idea what had cause it. I was able to get a video of a bed bug in the bed before the sun came up. At 5:30 am i pack all our stuff and headed down to the office to let them know we are checking out and let them know that i had a problem and had seen some bed bugs, i showed her the video and immediately she offered to refund our money for the 2 nights we had stayed. Although she didn't apologize she did want to “make it right” and offered to refund us immediately and had us out of the office with our refund within minutes of us walking in.
