My wife and I stayed at this hotel from Aug. 5-8, 2021. On the morning of Aug. 6’ my wife woke up to several bites on her feet and legs. Thinking they were mosquito bites, we proceeded with our stay. However, each morning, my wife discovered more and more bites. We researched the bites on the internet and discovered that they were consistent with bed bug bites. When we checked out of the hotel, we told the receptionist that they needed to check the room for bugs. She apologized and offered to credit out account for parking. She did not immediately notify a manager. About an hour after we departed the hotel, a manager called to apologize. He told us he would credit out account for the 120,000 points used for the room, and would given us an additional 100,000 points. He also stated that the hotel would conduct an investigation and let us know the results. Several days have passed and we have not heard from the hotel and not received any refund of points or new points as promised. We tried to call management at the hotel. We were directed to a voice mail and left a message, but out call has not been returned.
