Found 3 dead bedbugs; the "clean" sheets which were put on over a mattress pad that was filthy (unwashed, pet hair, human hair, pet hair, bedbug eggs, body fluid, etc). There were holes in the carpet. Holes in the mattress and box springs. The front desk person said "that there are no supplies for them to do their jobs....I'm aware of the bedbug issue. We've had lots of problems before." We reserved and paid for a queen bed and were given a full but not returned the difference. We left after the first night and the hotel hasn't refunded our money for the overcharged room nor the nights we didn't stay with them. There is no pending refund from the hotel. The hotel claims it is "our banks fault" but our bank tells us the refund hasn't been applied to our account. If it was possible to do so, this hotel should have NEGATIVE stars. Do not stay here.
