We stayed for 5 days, on the second day we got bites on both legs, started to scratch and didn't pay attention. Couldn't think of bed bugs, probably mosquitos. Another day....... got bitten again, started to notice there are no mosquitos, and starting questioning, Another day, got bitten again, defintelly bed bugs. I am afraid of bugs, so my marks and my husband's marks plus google images cleared my mind...defintely bed bugs. Hotel is bad smelling, dirty and sticks.

I stayed there from Thursday to Sunday for the \"Days of Glory\" Conference. Friday morning I started getting bites out of nowhere on my hands, arms and back. I noticed they kept spreading all over my body and face. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said I was bitten by bed bugs. I am disgusted by it! I\'m taking medication for it but don\'t even know where this is going to go or if they have spread in my house, everyday I get more and more bites.

Stay was scheduled from Mon, June 13 through Thursday June 16. After my first night I noticed a few red marks on my arms and just assumed it was mosquito bites from a family event in the backyard earlier in the day. Tuesday night I woke up at 2am to find both of my legs covered in bites below the knees. Clearly were bed bug bites. I asked for a different room for my third night and was denied since they were fully booked. I left and drove 6 hours to get back home. Couldn't sleep in that room another night. So far they are refusing to reimburse me for the night I didn't stay there. I will get my money back somehow

I checked in with 3 other occupants on May 5th at 4:30pm. We left our bags and went out for dinner and visit the area. We arrived back at the Hotel around 11pm. I was taking a shower and noticed a bug on the ceiling. I killed it, but couldn't recognize it. It was brown and small. When I came out of the shower one of the other occupants also found a bug, and searched it online. We realized it was a bed bug. As we searched further we noticed a live one crawling on the sheets. We took pictures and videos of the bugs. We immediately packed up our belongings and reported this to the front desk staff. We weren't offered another room, and was told to come the next day to speak to the manager. The manager was rude and basically accused us of lying, and said the bed bugs we found were dead...the dead ones were the ones we killed. The reason I gave the room 0 for cleanliness is, this room should have been inspected thoroughly before renting it out. Btw. the hotel refused to give us a refund. We had to find a new location when we left at 11:45 pm on May 5th
