Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed in room 140 from October 6 - 16th. On the 15th I noticed a bite on me but didn't find any bugs. On the 16th I woke up covered in bites and FOUND THE BUGS! I called the front desk and was told the manager wasn't available and the clerk couldn't return my money. I had to check out and leave on the 16th and couldn't wait for the manager to arrive. I called three more times and never got a return call from the manager nor my money refunded. I was finally told by a clerk that they checked the room and didn't find anything. I filed a formal complaint with the Health Department.

20 May 2023, Room 165, FILTHY rooms, MULTIPLE complaints of other guests of bed bugs. Found leavings of bed bugs in our room, and actual bedbugs in the rooms of two of my brothers in the same hotel.
