Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Take Exit 231. ï¿½From: Interstate 94 West. Take Exit 232, head south on Little Mack, turn right on 13 Mile Rd, turn right on Gratiot, hotel on left hand side.

I stayed here 5 nights. On the 5th, I found a bed bug roaming about on the bed. I promptly reported this to the frontdesk who has been horrendous in dealing with the issue. The manager has no idea what bed bugs are really like, claiming they are not dormant and that I acoustically wouldâ€™ve noticed on the first night. Which if youâ€™ve done your research, is completely untrue. Theyâ€™re nocturnal, feeding often when the host is sleeping and are excellent hiders and travelers. I am still going to battle to have my stay refunded as I type this. I stayed here in September of 2019.
