On Saturday October 15, 2016 at 8:05am I woke up to begin my day. My family slept and I kept the lights off. The only light I turned on was the restroom light. I walked out of the restroom to grab my phone and noticed something black moving up the bed sheet near my son. I immediately turned the lights on and moved the sheet to inspect what it was. To my disgusting surprise it was a bed bugs. I shouted to my husband, son and daughter to get up. Our room was a 2 queen bedroom. As my son hopped out of bed another bed bug, near his pillow, ran towards the head board. Housekeeping was on our floor and my husband called the lady in to see it. The housekeeper seen it and said okay and walked out to notify someone (I'm assuming). I called downstairs and they offered to switch my family rooms to 5060. I never received an apology over the phone. My son had 5 bites on his right inner arm. I went downstairs to complain and still never received an apology. I took a picture of 1 of bedbugs but the Assistant Manager still couldn't apologize, instead she said they need to verify my accusations with Ecolab Tuesday. Apparently every Tuesday ecolab inspects their rooms. I told the manager we were checking out immediately and she fine with a smile. My son broke out in hives and I gave benadryl. I called his pediatrician who said it could've been from the bites but it's not certain. It was such inconvenience and I felt as if the manager called me a liar even after housekeeping seen it
