I was there 2 weeks working from out of state where I was bitten by bed bugs so badly on back of arms on arms and right knee staff there was told only got new room there are roaches every time that it rains room service wouldn't vac room and only changed bedding when I was there due to rainned out at work I 'll never stay there again

4/15/2019. Stayed here woke up with bites. Thought maybe just got bitten by something else. Was told look like bed bugs. Check my room did not see any sleep there another night. More bites ask to change rooms because I was waking up with bites and they gave me another room. When I walk in old room to grab my back right there on the wall bed bug. Went back to front desk to show them picture of it and to let them know it was in fact bed bugs was told gm would get in touch with me. Stayed one more night in new room. Gm never got in touch with me and I didn’t want to stay anymore so check out. They seem to be aware of the problem and I assume just don’t care.
