Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My wife woke me around 11:30 PM as she found a bedbug when she was reading. I felt something on my neck and knocked off another bedbug. We saw 2 more little ones running around the room and packed up and got the hell out. The girl at the desk didn't act the least surprised and said the manager would call us, which of course didn't happen. She said she was refunding our money though it's still listed as pending on my credit card. I've spent the last 2 days washing all our stuff and I built a heat box and am heating everything to 150 degrees for 3 hours. Hopefully I'll be done in another day. Obviously I am not happy. :(((
