The room looked a little \\\"sketchy\\\" to begin with so I went to Walmart and bought Hot Shot Bed Bug/Flea spray, sheets and a pillow. I stripped the bed and sprayed the box springs and around on the carpet before going to bed. I put the new sheets on and went to sleep. This morning I found bugs on the sheets. I could even see the spots they left behind. I have bites on my arms and legs. So far the hotel has only reimbursed the stay. I am trying to get them to pay to clean my clothes as well. I called twice and emailed but no response from customer service yet...

Checked in late so didn\'t really have time to scope the rooms out. Got to the room and it was OK. Wasn\'t cleaned very well, worn furniture and definately not vacuumed. The place looked a little \"sketchy\" so I went to Walmart and purchased Hotshot Bed Bug/Flea spray, sheets and a pillow. When I got back to the room, I stripped the bed and sprayed the mattress cover and box springs with the spray. I opened the windows to let it air out and dry while I got a shower. I put the new sheats on the bed and went to sleep. Upon waking this morning, I found bed bugs on the sheets. I could even see the spots they left behind. I had some stickers in my backpack so I even captured three of them. I immediately packed all my things and got out of the room. I contacted the manager at the location, Maria. She implied that I had brought the bed bugs in with me. After I explained put brand new sheets on and didn\'t even unpack my clothes she gave up and offered to move me to another room. I told her I left and wanted a refund, which she said she could take care of. I also asked about getting my luggage and clothes cleaned (I have them in garbage bags currently). She said she can do no more than refund my room charges. I called the customer care line and left a message with no return call. I also emailed the customer care and also no reply.
