On May 17 2006 we paid for two nights in room 268. We checked in late the first night and didn\'t realize the room was infested with bed bugs until the next day. We developed a rash and severe bites that looked like welts. We asked got a reimbursement got the 2nd night and we were told that we could not get out money back but can be moved to another room. We had to kindly decline because we didn\'t want to stay there and take the chance of being bitten more. The employeeswas rude and said we don\'t have bedbugs here and I cann give you your money back. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me to call back on Friday and ask for *edited*. I\'ve continue to call but still have not been able to contact him. I tried again today May 25, 2016 but was still unable to reach him. The employees who answered the phone advised me we would not be reimbursed our money for the 2nd night. I asked her if I should file a report and and she said do as you please. We know have our home infested with bedbugs.
