October 9th 2019 and we got in town and checked in we were really close to the office which was good in case we need anything right the front desk girl was very good at her ending speech like she wrote it. We got in the room and first thing I notice is a smell and bathroom floor is filthy and the girl in the hall ignored me when I said excuse me as I was trying g to get toilet paper and to see if she had something to clean the bathroom I ended up using a hotel towel.I was so tired after that we just jumped on the bed not even 30 minutes and my kids said they were getting attacked by fleas, so we thought until my little girl opened the blankets and said she found. Spider it was not a spider anx iit was one of the few big bed bugs on the corner of the bed near the side table. This is a common happening as I was told by the young looking teenage maid tells me when I asked her to come in and be witness she said she had to finish her check ins or she gets in trouble any how manager seems scattered at best...And said was I sure she seemed to really believe it was all in my mind as well as my kids. Instead of refunded my money she then placed us upstairs and again bed bugs oh and roaches. DISGUSTING. ,
