Occurred 10-18-19, my friend woke up in the middle of the night with bites all over her body at 5 am and said that something was biting her. We turned the lights and began inspecting the bedding and there were bedbugs everywhere. We went down to the front desk and the person at the front desk, Nestor Ramirez accompanied us back upstairs to see if he could see them. By the time he got there they had all gone back into hiding but we captured one of the bedbugs in a tissue and put it in a baggie. Mr. Ramirez seemed unsympathetic and actually quite annoyed. He offered us nothing and told us we had to speak to the manager when she got in the next day at 3 pm. He wanted to switch us to a different room but we didn't feel comfortable staying so we left and checked into a different hotel.
