Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

7/30/22 Great suite style room and customer service except for the bedbugs. Woke up with tons of bites. Eventually found two hiding in the mattress on day 5. Management confirmed that they are bedbugs with help of pest control evaluation. Management is being very helpful in helping us get a refund and reimbursement. I believe they will have this cleared up quickly given their excellent customer service, but I would probably avoid room 102 if you are staying there in the coming month or so.
