4/25/2017 around 10pm. 1) I noticed something crawling on my pillow. It was a bed bug. I requested a new room. The front desk apologized but said they were booked for that night. I asked a simple question: have guests complained about bed bugs? He replied "i will be honest, yes". I explored the bed further. I found more bed bugs under the box spring. 2) The next day management moved me to a different room. And brought in an exterminator. I didn't have time to inspect the new room for bugs. I suspect they were there as well.

Stayed 15 Oct - 24 Oct 2017 - Had to go to the immediate care in Huntsville due to bedbug bites all over left & right upper extremity, abdomen, left and right lower extremity. The hotel did nothing. They did not charge me for the day that I left. The 24th I had to find another hotel for the last 2 days I was in Huntsville. Then my Admin called on 02 Nov to inquire about the bedbugs and she was told that they had not had a problem before and after I left they cleaned the room and someone in there the same night. Then I got on here and found out that they had bedbugs in April in the SAME room. They are obviously not doing what is necessary to get rid of the bedbugs. This is disgusting and I will never stay there again.
