1.) 9/25 2 am. Room 103. I woke up with bites, found an entire nest of bedbugs. Heavily invested room. Called front desk demanded a new room and a refund. Was just given a new room. Woke up and they had checked another family in there without cleaning it or telling them. I was shocked. Terrible service and the rooms needed to be cleaned better.
