I checked in on the 17th July into room 219 very clean but this us a non smoking hotel and the stench of skunk marijuana was equivalent to getting sprayed by a skunk head on the entire floor we had a child with us and it was completely normal to the emoloyees and we complaned to every one. So the next day we demand a new room please hotpot smell. 109 this time. At6 am out little bpy starts crying saying his back hurts and low and behold bites every where all over him call wyndom again no one.Went to er and waited for hours called back to hotel for late checkout because luggage is still there finally about 11 we are scene and told by Dr. BEDBUGS. WE ARE COVERED THINKING MAYBE IT IS CORONA. NOPE. AROUND ONE WE FINALLY GET OUT OF THERE AND RUN BACK TO CHECKOUT AND LOOK UNDER MATTRESS YEP. GATHER OUR STUFF FREAKING OUT AND THE LADY AT THE DESK COULD CARE LESS IF WE WERE ON FIRE. I TELL HER TO SEND EMAIL OF BILL. ANS RAN OUT. CALL WYNDOM LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE. CALL FRONT DESK TONIGHT AGAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD TO JUST CALL BACK TOMORROW WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I THREW OUT ALL THE CLOTHES THAT WERE THERE SUITCASES. AND I AM SITTING HERE SCARED TO DEATH WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO JUST CARE AND CALL ME BACK.DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE OR YOUR FAMILIES LIFE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE. SO I AM DEMAND ING THE MANAGEMENT AT LA QUINTA IN HOUSTON TEXAS TO PAY ME FOR MY 2 NIGHTS OF HE'LL. ABD NOW. I AM DEMANDING MY DR BILLS AND LOSS OF LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES AND PAIN AND SUFFERING. WILL RETAIN AN ENTIRE LAW FIRM. AND I WANT TO BE PAID NOW LA QUINTA IN HOUSTON TEXAS IN THE ENERGY CORRIDOR.
