Aug 6th 2020. Been here almost 3 months would occassionally wake up with a few bites. Beds have covers but they have holes in them bed skirt is also torn. Found full adult just fed. Video taped it took pics killed and capture. No manager on duty. Staff seemed to not believe me even after presenting dead bug to them. Won't do anything til Monday and it's only Thursday. Contacted department of agriculture. Hotel won't refunded til after inspection. They will only move us within the building but we fear the whole place is infested due to lack of cleanliness. We changed rooms three times at check in due to dirty rooms and nonworking appliances. Vacuum was completely clogged when we borrowed it. Dryers dont even dry clothes so using them to eliminate bed bugs is out of the question.
