I got the room on 10/18/17 at about 4 pm I had to go back to work so I didn't even enter the room when I did get to the room it was about 2 am I found something on TV and layed down in the bed within a half hour I was extremely itchy and scratching all over so I turned on the light and I had hives and bit marks everywhere I pulled the blankets off and you could see the bed bugs all over the bed, I looked further at the mattress and there was specks of blood all over it, which tells me they had this problem for awhile. I couldn't even stay there it was so bad. I took a ton of pictures of myself with bit marks, all the bugs on the bed and all the dried up specks of blood. When I went to turn my key in I let them know about the bed bugs and showed them the pictures and said you can go look they are everywhere. They went to look and agreed there was indeed bed bugs and didn't really act concerned at all. I asked if I could get refunded and they told me no, which bothers me because I shouldn't have to pay to be bitten up by bed bugs. This isn't just a small problem they are infested with bed bugs if during the day time you can still see bed bugs all over the bed, that's a problem. And management doesn't seem to care or have any concern.
