2/8 to 2/9/2020. I stayed at the above Holiday inn, I obtained two rooms. I got up Sunday morning went to breakfast and upon my return, clear as day there was a very large bed bug on the pillow in which I Jessica Green slept on. I captured the bug, brought it to the front desk to provide proof, the bug was alive and big. The staff at the place was fabulous however the manager was less cooperative about the situation. After inspecting our cloths and the other gets two of my guest where clearly affected one having bits several on her face, the other having multiple bits on her body. The second room I had did not find any evidence of bugs until we got one one was found in there own personal pillow they had brought in room 228. The manager compensated for room 209, but did nothing but move room 209 to another room. We were suppose to be staying one more night which I couldn't purchase because the front desk worker had charged my credit card so many different times it froze my account and I had to call the bank and resolve that Saturday morning. But no compensation was provided for further night at the place and as a matter of fact the manager said " why would you want to stay here again if you are so upset about finding a bug in you room." Which is a true statement and I wouldn't have stayed however I still feel something could have been offered besides the comment given above.
