Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1. Bites discovered around 10-10:30pm on November 24th, 2018. 3 raised red bites and all 3 within a 2 inch area near the left side of my waist. I have pictures taken by my girlfriend if needed. Brought it to the attention of the girl who works here and also the older man. He's a manager or owner of the property. It is formerly known as John Milton Hotel. It is currently known as the Rodeway Inn located at 6578 Thompson Rd Syracuse, NY 13206. We booked the room for the weekend. Our check-in date was on November 23rd and our checkout date is on November 25th, 2018. I am currently at the establishment and making this report in real time. Kinda afraid to fall asleep because I have had bed bug experiences in the past and it was not a good experience at all. 2. Management offered me another room, but I'm hesitant to take another room because it literally took the room to acclimate because the room we received was cold upon initial check-in. It is currently 12:48am on Sunday November 25th, 2018. We check out at 11am. What's the point in switching to another room?
