We stayed from June 5-7, 2024 and were placed in Room 329. Upon checking out, we noticed small red bumps on 3 of us who stayed in the room. By Tuesday the bumps became extremely itchy. As I tried to figure out what it was, I kept coming across bed bug bite images. They match, so I decided to look at the hotels reviews and found that 2 weeks prior a guest complained to hotel staff that the specific room 329 had bed bugs. I’m beyond upset that they were aware and placed us in the room. Between my 2 kids and I, we have over 40 bites. When I called to discuss this, the staff said no it isn’t bed bugs, it’s likely fleas as they are pet friendly. Based on the previous review that included pictures, it IS bed bugs. They said the GM would call but nothing. I emailed an email address I found on the hotel’s Facebook page and still no response. I at the very least expect a refund of my entire stay….and honestly I’m insanely itchy and having to apply hydrocortisone or a baking soda paste to relieve the itch. I’m so disappointed in my stay and frustrated with the lack of response from the hotel.
