I stayed at this hotel with my family for 5 days starting 5/25/17. The very first night I woke up to bed bugs and called the front desk and they immediately came up and checked and gave us a room key for another room. Made US check the new room for bugs. Made US move everything without offering help. I had to get my kids up at 4am to move everything. They said they would shut down that room and exterminate and reimburse us for 1 night. Eventually I talked them into two nights because of no sleep the first night. But the housekeeping was terrible and didn't ever come clean the room without our complaints at the end for bad service. This could be a contributor to how filthy the rooms are. Dust and dirt piled up everywhere. We have stayed at many crowne plaza's and this by far was the worst.

Saturday September 2, 1 am. 1 bedbug found. Adjoining room 309 no bedbugs but stains on sheet made me think there might have been. They offered free breakfast for the 4 us. I declined and they offered 50% off both rooms. The room they moved one group to - bathroom was not clean. Did not sleep well for fear there might be bugs, didn't fall asleep till 4am.
