We were getting ready to head down for breakfast in the morning at 6 am....we saw a bed bug crawling on the top of the sheet on one of the Queen sized beds...I captured it and took it to the gentleman at the front desk. His only reaction to it was "oh, sorry" . He said he would make a note that it was in room 226. I asked for the manager name and he did give it to me..when I spoke to the manager he told me that it was not a bed bug because it had wings...it DID NOT have wings. I know what a bed bug looks like and it WAS a bed bug!

Early Sunday morning around 6 am I found a bed bug crawling on one of the Queen sized beds. I captured it and took it to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk looked at it and said..oh, sorry. I called the general manager, and spoke to him about the issue. He statedidn't that the bug was not a bed bug but I know what a bedifference bug looks like. He told me they would inspect the room and call me back. When he called back he said they did find some bugs in the room but they were not bed bugs. He asked of we had any bites and thankfully we have not noticed any. Come to find out he was asking because there were bedbugs in another room the same weekend that people had gotten bitten from. I will never again stay at this hotel.
