Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked into room and went to eat. Came back an hour later to go to bed and upped back sheets to find small dot stains. Then saw a bug walking up,side of mattress. Pulled back sheet and found multiple bugs. Moved rooms but still not very clean sheets but no evidence of bugs yet.

I checked in on May-22-2015. I checked in and Left to meet friends. I arrived back at hotel Around 11:30pm upon arrival I laid in bed. After 10-15 minutes I got itchy so I got out Of the bed turned back the sheets and saw Spots on sheets then peeled back all sheets and Looked at mattress found 2 live bedbugs and 2 dead bed bugs. I immediately packed up and Got out. They did not refund my money and Said you are free to leave but we are not giving You a refund. Please do not stay at this hotel

Checked in on June 1 with my boyfriend and his son. We awoke to find that we were covered in insect bites. Upon getting a flashlight and moving the mattress, we found several live bed bugs and stains. I only received a 50% discount and have emailed and called the manager who has not responded, my boyfriend had to seek medical care due to the number of bites. DO NOT STAY HERE

10/23 -24. I found a bed bug crawling on me and flicked it off. We told management as we left and they response was "Oh, I'll look into that, sorry" and that was it. They don't seem to care and still got my money

On 4/12 my daughter and I checked into the hotel. I inspected the room and noticed a dead bedbug attached to the ceiling tile. I immediately went downstairs and informed the clerk of what I found. I didn’t check the beds or anything else, I was too turned off from that point. The clerk returned my money.
