12/23/2017 - 8am I pulled the sheets back in our room and noticed a single bug. I wasn't sure until I killed it and blood came out of it. I immediately called management who offered a refund for my night. However, it was Christmas time and I had difficulty finding another hotel. Management offered me a different room in a different building.
