Woke up the next morning and was covered in several several small bites that appeared to be bed bug bites. I was unsure of what they were however upon returning home I was able to verify that this is in fact what they appear to be. I am now taking the necessary steps to have the situation dealt with.

Found bug on bed. We took picture and confirmed that it was a bedbug. We informed the manager and gave him the sample which we captured in a cup.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Imagine waking up covered in spots of your own blood and not one of the staff members making a single effort to assist you. That's what I delt with today may 13, 2017 when I awoke to a mattress full of BED BUGS. I made several attempts to gain assistance from the staff with little to no resolve. I bagged my things in small bags from the ice bucket and a trash can from the front desk, and proceeded to leave the hotel while on the phone with the corporate office. Had the situation been delt with differently I would not be writing this. At this current point in time I have pictures and video of the bed bugs and I am waiting on a solution to be presented. I felt it my civic duty to prevent the remainder of individuals staying at this location in room 232 from experiencing what I have. Once you awaken to something of this magnitude you'll fully grasp the seriousness of my review.
