(This review will be posted to several sites) I stayed the weekend of 4/21/2017 in the east wing, room 2112. I brought a LIVE bug to the front desk (which I captured with a glass) and told them what it was/ where I found it. The employees were nonchalant/bored - they're well aware of the problem but there's nothing they can do. I was offered no help when I asked what to do about the situation I was only told that no one would even look at my report for 5 days. I found the bug in plain site near the pillow while I was double-checking the room right before leaving. My daughter had a few bites on her leg and I had some on my arm that I had dismissed the day before, but in taking a closer look they had the characteristic bed bug bite pattern. Upon close inspection I found no other evidence... but then I realized the headboards - large and nailed to the wall - you can't see behind them, perfect place to nurture a colony of bed bugs. I highly recommend you view the photos of the rooms (in the east wing) to see what I mean. Nearly 2 months have passed since I submitted my written report to the Nugget and I have not heard a word from them. A few days after returning home I also submitted a written review to the corporate office via their survey, explaining once again in detail - no acknowledgement of that either.
