Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I drive for Saia motor freight. I stay at this hotel every other day of the week. On September 15th I was woken up at 10:30 by something crawling and biting on my shoulder. I knocked it off and it landed on the nightstand. I squished it and it was full of blood. I got up and there was another one on my chest and when I moved the pillows and there was one on the edge of the bed. There was also a bunch of tiny bugs crawling along the bed sheet. I have pictures of the big ones that I squished that were crawling on me. Management told me to come down and they would give me another room. One of my coworkers asked management about it because he runs the opposite shift from me so I told him about the bugs and management is now denying it happened.

I am a Truck driver for QCD. I stayed in room 246 on 11/4/17. The room was clean and orderly, I didn't notice any issues until I woke up. I was covered in large red splotchy bites all up my arms and stomach, itching like mad. Reported to management, but no manager will be in until Monday.
