Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

After 3 hours of being in unit July 11th. My brother laid in his bed to take a nap, he woke to see a bed bug crawling on his bed. I killed the bug to later discover 3 more under mattress. We called the after hour number. Management offered us to move to another room, however, the the room but unable to meet our whole duration of stay b/c new unit was booked for someone else. After being anxiety stricken, and inconvience of having to move again, we did not want to stay on the property another night. Management offered refund. However, when it came down to it a full refund was not offered. Along with that in order to receive part of refund we had to agree to a gag restraint and release of liabilities. We did not agree to any of such terms. So nothing was resolved, not refund given! Management was abrasive, abrupt and outright RUDE. Definitely do not care about their customers or community.
