04/20/2019 A friend and our kids stayed at this hotel while they were visiting for Easter. When we got to the worth we instantly thought the room was not worth $135. We checked for bed bugs as soon as we got into the room. We found nothing while removing the sheets and checking the mattress. We thought okay we are safe. Fast forward to 3 hours later we aren’t laying in 2 separate beds talking around 1:30am. I noticed a spot on the ceiling that looked like a beg. I instantly said oh my goodness I think I see a bed bug. My friend jumped up to check as she took pictures to zoom in and sure enough it was a bed bug. We instantly jumped up and started packing up our things. While packing up we decided to check our beds and sure enough more bed bugs that we didn’t notice while laying in bed were crawling next to our kids. We were angry and rushed down stairs to leave the hotel and get our money back. The front desk clerk did not want to refund us. Nor did he seem surprised when we told him our room had bed bugs. We demanded a manager and they promised us a refund within a few days due to Easter. I would never stay at this hotel again !!!
