I checked in 7/9/2023 and checked out 7/12/2023. I noticed skin irritation after the second night there. I woke scratching the third night and even caught and killed a couple of the bed bugs. I reported to management and left pretty quickly after my discovery. I was a little upset that they didn’t seem too alarmed when I told them at the desk. I called to follow up today, but could only leave a message and no one has responded. I really hope they’re taking care of it— there was no hustle to remedy the situation when I was there and it made me feel like they almost didn’t care.

4/1/2024 Found a bed bug in our hotel bathroom. Took it to the front desk in a cup. We asked for our money back. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights (we stayed for 6 hours). They would not accommodate us in anyway nor give money back.
