The Best Western Camelot Inn of Fairview Heights is on the left side. ·From: Downtown St. Louis Take 55/70 East to 64 East. Stay on 64 East until exit 12. Turn left at the lights and go to the second set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights and we are next to the gas station and Latawala Creak.
