Take ramp onto I-5 S toward Sacramento/Yuba City. Go 56.0 miles take the CA-4 E Exit toward Downtown Stockton. Go 5.2 miles. CA-4 W becomes CA-99 S Go 5.6 miles. Take Exit 246 onto South Ca-99 toward French Camp Road. Go 0.3 miles. Turn Left on French Camp Road. Go 8.2 miles bear left on Yosemite Ave [CA-120]. Go 5.3 mi les. Continue to follow CA-120. Go 10.1 miles arrive at 1450 East F Street, to the Best Western Rama Inn on the Left. ·From: Yosemite National Park Turn Right (South-west) onto SR-120. Go 78 miles and bear a Left (West) onto SR-108 toward Oakdale. Go 24.3 miles to arrive at 1450 East F Street to the Best Western Rama Inn.

I found a bed bug on my pillow on the second night at around 1 am. I freaked out and took the pillow to the front desk. I was treated like I was the one in the wrong. The front desk clerk contacted the GM, who told her to check us out at 1am and not refund us, I had my three little kids in the room. Are you serious, you have bed bugs in my room and I’m at fault? They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional! The GM didn’t come in to handle the situation, but called me 14 hours later to claim that I was the one who brought the bed bug with me and hang up. She would not refund or return my phone calls. After multiple phone calls to Best Western Corporate and the GM, we finally received a call back. She agreed to refund us for one night. She later had her front desk clerk call and say, “We will not be refunding your money, since you took so long to complain about the bed bugs”. I guess bringing the bed bug to the front desk at 1am was not soon enough. I have never had to deal with a situation like this and pray that I never have to again. I don’t know what’s more disturbing, finding a bed bug next my sleeping 4-year old daughter or the way the hotel and manager handled this situation. I will never stay at a Best Western AGAIN!
