Stayed here from November 28 to December 5, 2022 My review said about the Bug bites and they did not bother to come in, but my arms and my body say otherwise. Came back with some bed bugs on my shirts as well. Trying to get rid of them. Never stay at that place again. Staff are disrespectful.

I checked in on October 22 and did not notify anything the first night. The second I was in bed watching a video on my phone and started to feel an itch on my wrist. I saw five characteristics zigzag bites that became swollen over the next few hours. I reported it to the front desk who immediately changed my room. Luckily I had not taken much out of my suitcase and there was in-room laundry so I was able to hopefully not take any bedbugs over. I did not notice issues in the new room. I was not offered a refund and the staff did not seem surprised nor did the ask questions so I assume it was a known problem. The rooms were not vertical tidy but staff were diligent. Mattresses appeared to have covers to avoid bed bugs. I do suspect a recurring problem that is known to staff.
