Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We booked a room from 11/22-11/26 for the holidays. We first saw multiple roaches and we tried reporting that but the staff kept telling us to contact the manager. They didn’t give us the name. We couldn’t find the manager however we were trying to just enjoy the holidays. Then one night we rolled over and found bed bugs in the bed. Then they kept coming out like crazy afterwards. We reported to the staff and they said we should contact the manager....finally got the name, her name is Keisha. We reported it and they admitted to having roaches but denied the bed bugs. We then caught one and recorded them moving around the bed. They acted like they didnt care. They tried to put the blame on us stating why haven’t we reported this sooner....we did, We requested reimbursement but they only gave us one day back. This is unacceptable and I’m on my way back now demanding the rest.
