Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed in room 317 on the night of 12/08/2019. Around 4:00a, I awoke feeling something on my arm. Turned on the light to see a bed bug crawling away. I flicked it off the bed with my finger, it landed on the window curtain near the bed. I didnâ€™t know what bed bugs looked like, so I researched photos of them online. It was definitely a bed bug. I reported this to the front desk, the representative did move me rooms. Also said he would report it to management. I searched the new room, and although not finding any bugs, I did see some remanence between two of the pillows (dried up little pieces of brown something, consistent with bed bug poop as researched online). I ultimately checked out of the hotel early. Management has not attempted to discuss with me to date.
