We stayed on 9/16. reserved two rooms 215 and 325. My parents and 90 year old grandmother were in room 215. After the wedding we came home and went to bed. My mother called me around 11:30 to let me know they were leaving because my grandmother had been bit and when she pulled back the sheets there were bugs running to hide! I went down and got the girl working at the front desk so she could see them for herself. She came in the room started screaming and said " , that is so nasty" She took a few pictures and called her manager. And then told my mom " She doubted she would have to pay for the room" Then offered her another room , which they declined. They make the 2.5 hour trip home instead. They didn't say sorry, or act like they cared the next day. I also emailed corp and still have not received a response. This place is disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

On 9/30 we stayed in room 211. The room was not clean and asked that staff please change the sheets while we go to dinner. Came back, everything OK, went to sleep. Woke up at 11:30pm with one bed bug on my pillow, and the other falling out of the headboard. I didn't take pictures, as I was so disgusted. I threw my pillow in the shower and smashed the other one and flushed it. Staff refunded our room.
