Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On October 30, 3016, I always check my mattress, not good enough. I woke up about 1230am itching....went to bathroom bumps on face and both arms. I saw bedbug in bed. I took a picture. Staff person Colin, was very nice, he moved us to another room...says he would inform management. Did not sleep at all for rest of night...had an important meeting the next day...needless to say, management, Jamie Rast, not discuss with me Also i had to go to doctor when i got back, no refund on room. I have tried all week. Talk to Cjoice Hotel customer, rep. Sylvia....this we where we stand now. My next step is with my attorney.
