Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We had rooms 220 and 222 rented. Room 222 had several bed bugs in the room which we didn't notice until morning. Rooms 220 and 222 have horrible mattresses which have been flipped over so you can see the horrible stains on them. Supposed to be comped for one room but since we're traveling together and now possibly carrying bed bugs I feel both rooms should have been comped. If we end up carrying bed bugs home the cost will be astronomical.

Stayed here July 27,2019 didnâ€™t notice the bed bugs until I woke up. When I reported it to the front desk they didnâ€™t care. Told me the manager wasnâ€™t in and then gave me his email address. No room credit or apologies. Iâ€™m on vacation for the next 10 days so now I have to go get new clothes until I can take care of my bags and clothes.
