I checked in Monday July 5, Tuesday late evening he started itching with bumps on his leg. We did not know what it was. I thought it was a mosquito bites. The morning of wed July 7, I took pic and googled what I was fearful to read was all indications of bed bugs. I reported it and showed her pic of the bites. I told her I wanted to speak to management who was not present. She gave me his contact business card information. I sent him an email regarding the issue, on wed July 7 after checking out. By Friday July 9th I myself started coming down with bites on my body. By Friday July 9 I still have not received a return call or email. So I contacted the 800 number of the hotels, to file a complaint. They tried calling also to get the same message that I had gotten that the manager was then on vacation, until wed July 21. I call him on that day and was told he was not in. I returned a call on Thursday, fri and Monday. On Tuesday July 27, I was told he was out until Thursday July 29. I called on Thursday July 29 now I’m told he will be in on the weekend. I been in contact with customer relation, only to tell me they can only offer me points for my inconvenience. So I reporting this matter as something should have been done at that time. This is a health issue. I feel that management fail to follow through with this complaint and to reconcile this matter with me and the safety of others. I have pic, emails of all documentation.
