Checked in on 2/7/2019 and i started itching and getting bites all over on 2/11/2019 moved rooms 3 times because of it....i notified management took the bed bug 2 different times to the counter and still nothing asked for refund for 2/20/2019 to 2/22/2019 and she tried to give me the remaining balance for my last day instead of what i at least asked for i got pictures and videos of the bugs and bits.

Me and a friend checked into the hotel at 7 pm on Saturday May 22. We first noticed something when my friend felt something bite him on his fore arm and leave a well known bed but bite. So we started searching the bed and found a whole infestation of bed bugs. I took some pictures and notified the front desk. He first asked if I brought the bed bugs in to the room, followed by telling me to just kill the bugs myself. We could not actually sleep in such a room so we took our leave and spent the night the car. It's clear the room had a nice infestation before we arrived.
