After staying three nights I had numerous (what appeared to be) bite marks on my lower legs and a bad sore or bite on one shoulder. I never claimed the marks were specifically from bed bugs, but they were surely from my room and stay at Sheraton Atlanta. Photographs and written description were provided to hotel, which predictably denied any and all responsible. I conclude that this major hotel is to be avoided at all cost. It does not appear clean and sanitary, nor is it.

3/24/2019 Bed bug was seen crawling on bed. Captured in cup and reported to management. Was confirmed by hotel to be bedbug. Room was comped, all belongings were stemmed.

1. 8/27/24 9:30am Both woke up with bites all over, initially thought it was a mosquito then saw the actual bedbug on my bed. Tried to call front desk, no answer so I went in my pjs to find there was 4 staff there (not sure why not one answered). I showed them the photo of the bedbug and they refunded me the $100 and told me in order to get refunded for the room I have to through Expedia. I asked for someone to come kill the bedbug and eventually they sent one.

Checked into the Courtland Grand Saturday, October 26, checked out on Sunday, October 27 and my girlfriend has 18 bedbug bites all over her body. Went to an urgent care and that’s what they diagnosed her with. And gave her two antibiotics. I Tried reaching out to the hotel a handful of times and no one answered the operator or front desk. Eventually called the Wyndham hotel customer service line and logged the case.
